Hotel Gotham, set within Sir Edwin Lutyens’ Grade II listed former Midland Bank, is one of Manchester’s most recognisable landmarks. Its bold Art Deco architecture demanded an approach that respected the building’s heritage while aligning with the standards of contemporary luxury hospitality.

Robena was appointed to deliver the complete soft furnishings package across the hotel. From guestrooms to signature suites, our in-house team managed the end-to-end process, producing and installing bespoke drapery, blinds, and upholstery at scale with precision.

Every element was designed to integrate seamlessly with Gotham’s dramatic interiors, combining durability with refined detailing. The result is a sophisticated backdrop that enhances the hotel’s theatrical character while ensuring comfort and longevity for guests.
